  एक परीक्षा ऐसी भी हो जिसमें बच्चे फेल हो सकें  नए साल की अभी शुरुआत ही हुई है कि पहले ही महीने में भारत की कोचिंग कैपिटल कहे जाने वाले कोटा शहर में दो बच्चों ने मानसिक दबाव में आकर आत्महत्या कर ली। हाल ही की इन घटनाओं ने हर भारतवासी के दिल को झकझोर कर रख दिया है। अठारह वर्षीय निहारिका सिंह सोलंकी कोटा में आई॰आई॰टी॰ जे॰ई॰ई॰ परीक्षा की तैयारी कर रही थी। परीक्षा से पहले ही उसने अपने घर के रोशनदान से फांसी लगा आत्महत्या कर ली। निहारिका का हस्तलिखित सुसाइड नोट मिला जिस पर उसने लिखा था , ” मम्मी पापा ,  मैं जे॰ई॰ई॰ नहीं कर सकती ,  इसलिए मैं आत्महत्या कर रही हूँ। मैं हार गई हूँ ,  मैं सबसे ख़राब बेटी हूँ। मुझे माफ़ कर देना मम्मी पापा। यही आखिरी विकल्प है। “  चार पंक्ति के इस छोटे से सुसाइड नोट ने पूरे शिक्षा जगत को रसातल पर लाकर खड़ा कर दिया है। यदि प्रतियोगिता की तैयारी करने वाला एक छात्र यह कहे   कि आत्महत्या ही आखिरी विकल्प है ,  तब यह समझ लेना चाहिए कि शिक्षा का यह सम्पूर्ण तंत्र भीतर से सड़ चुका है ,  और अब इसमें से दुर्गंध उठने लगी है। एक नज़र अगर विगत वर्षों में अकेले कोटा में हुई आत
